Pavarini Design received an esteemed International Property Award for the Americas regional competition boasting a 5-Star unanimous judging accreditation for the Interior Design of a Private Residence in Vail, CO. Members of our firm traveled up and down the North American East Coast purchasing a plethora of antiques including but not limited to the following artifacts: a windmill from a farm in Kansas, an extensive collection of American Indian Totems which we displayed on the fireplace mantels, an authentic Alaskan Indian totem we backlit and mounted in the Dining Room, a 1700’s Italian baroque cabinet and 8’tall iron torchère, hand- painted Austrian organ pipes which were mounted in the Living Room and clustered around an Early American Eagle copper weathervane on stand, a collection of carnival pie auction wheels mounted o n the Living Room walls in and around a collection of turn-of-the-century paintings, factory wheels and other period accessories. Rare 19 th century hooked rugs abound. A fantastic collection of Black Fores t pieces and antique American quilts are sprinkled throughout the 3 story home. All new upholstered furniture in the main spaces, in particular the Li ing Room sofa, tête à tête daybed, and treetop window benches were custom tailored by our firm specifically for the home.
