Lucas Place Luxury Lofts

Located in Kansas City, MO, Lucas Place is a turn-of-the-century factory that we are now working to convert into a luxury loft rental apartment building. 

Pavarini design is working hand-in-hand with the architects and engineers on apartment configurations, interior lighting, public hallways, and the spectacular 7-story lobby.
